“My car broke down, little did I know that you can't purchase a new car off the lot same day anymore. I had a 3 week window of when the car could come in. The staff was very accommodating to my needs. The price was fair. It would have cost me much more if I had to call a car service daily.”
“Your truck is in the shop being fixed for deer accident in March. Needed a truck to pull our camper. A lot of places rent trucks but you CAN NOT pull a trailer. So I found Enterprise truck in Appleton. It was a great experience. Took only 15 minutes to get paper work done. And when we picked it up 5 minutes and we were off. Got to have 2024 Dodge Ram 3/4 ton with only 1148 miles on it. It was excellent. Couldn't have ask for anything better. Thank you to Grant H.

“I rented a car for a work trip and in the middle of my day I had a flat tire. I went to this location because they were the closest Avis to where I was, and I was helped more than I could imagine. Michelle was friendly and dropped what she was doing to help me get a new car asap to continue to my work meetings. The staff made a big effort to have something ready for me, while working around my schedule, even when it was a busy time near closing. The replacement vehicle is in excellent shape, and hopefully there will be no more issues for the rest of my trip.”
“We travel annually to Canada which is a 14 hour trip with stops. Ford Transit vans have worked for us previously but we had 8 people and lots of stuff. The new 12 passenger transit they provided was complete with adaptive cruise control, a large screen with Apple Car Play and and air system that allowed us to keep everyone at their preferred temperature. We ran into an issue with a flat tire in Canada due to a screw in the road. This was complicated with a spare that did not fit the van. We worked through all that including getting a company to come 30 mile to switch out the tires from the spare to the flat tire rim and we were on our way. On our return, the staff were great to work with and Avis stood behind their responsibility on this issue, Making us whole for our inconvenience and additional costs. It is rare to have a company stand behind its product. Avis and their staff truly stand out in our experience.”

“I've rented from Budget many times and they have been efficient and courteous. I did have to put air in the tires this time though, as the car was displaying an alert. I should have gone back right away when I noticed but I was running late and decided to take care of it myself.”
