“The staff at this location seem to be friendlier than my 2 other local stores, it also seems to be better stocked and overall cleaner and more well maintained. Overall I will try to go to this location if I can justify it.”

“I recently had an unfortunate encounter with a confrontational employee at the Five Below in Neenah. However, I want to give this store 5 stars because of the manager’s, Donald, exceptional handling of the situation.
The manager stepped in immediately, listened attentively, and de-escalated the tension quickly and professionally.
Thanks to the manager’s calm and effective approach, I left with a positive impression.”
“My 5 stars goes to Emily in Customer Service. I haven't had time to make it to Walmart to grab a couple lunch bags for school for my kids. I only ended up finding one through the store. I asked one associate and she said they had 4 but didn't know where else to look but that no other stores in the area had that specific lunch bag. I went to the Customer Service area and the ladies up there were very helpful. Emily though knew exactly where to go and knew she would probably find it faster than whoever was on the walkie talkie. Emily was able to find it and made my kids very happy. Thanks Emily for showing what great service really is when it's so hard to find now days. She deserves a raise.”
“The two ladies working tonight when I went in were so helpful!! Both adorably friendly and kind and helped me find what I was looking for and more! One even found me a gift set to help save money vs just buying the regular full size and both were super personable and just seemed genuinely nice and interested in helping me! I’m excited to go back again, as I haven’t been to kohls in years!”

“I always get in trouble coming to Kohl's... lol! I can come in to do a pick up order, not grab a cart and still have armsful of stuff that I find and now need to check out. I have so many of the big throw blankets, it's crazy, 😆
I just picked up the softest Halloween pj's when I was there today. I don't want to rush getting into the cold season, but I'm excited to wear them.”
