I was nervous spending so much money on one suit but this is by far the most comfortable suit and best looking suit I own. I get so many compliments on it. “I have been shopping at this location often for 5+ years. I was frustrated with the pickup location being moved to the back of the store because I have 2 little ones that I bring in with me and it is supposed to be convenient. Now we have to walk through all the toys to get our “convenient” pickup. I was also frustrated because the app changed and there was no way for me to select “pick up” when I was there and ready to get my order with my little ones. I finally asked an employee, Brooklyn, and she was so helpful right away! We didn’t find it on the app but she pulled up my order on her end. THEN, my little guy was set on getting a toy and was having a breakdown when I reminded him we were not here to get toys. Brooklyn saw me struggling and was so sweet and offered to put it back on the shelf and “save” it for my little guy. He listened to her immediately. Brooklyn was so kind and attentive. She was so aware of the customers and what was going on around her. I’m not sure how much I will shop there now that the convenience part of my shopping experience is no longer convenient but thankful Brooklyn saved the day!”

“I had to pop on here and leave a review for not only this store, but their employee Taylor, from when we shopped today. Taylor was probably the most helpful and friendly employee I have encountered in a retail setting in years. Taylor helped locate the exact shoe my son was looking for (waterproof boot style shoe), gave helpful recommendations for wear, and laced up the shoe so fast it was like magic. It was so refreshing experiencing real customer service! Before we were helped, I also saw other customers getting awesome service. I am so happy with our purchases and honestly this is why people shop retail and how buying online, even though I love it, can’t compete with a store experience. I hope Taylor is appreciated by Vans because I was blown away and shocked they had the exact shoe my son wanted, in his size and how kindly we were treated. Thank you!”
“Zumiez was always one of my favorite stores as a kid. I went there the other day after years of not being in one. I am not the size I was as a kid. Essentially the entire staff moved Heaven and Earth to find the one pair of extra large corduroy pants. Their computer system was down, the keys to the dressing rooms were accidentally taken home, the one pair of XL pants was on a different rack then most of the pants. It must have been a hassle for them. But they diligently and happily helped me get the pair of pants I wanted. They fit me perfectly, and I love them. Thank you!”

We were greeted by a friendly young man who commented on my Brewers cap. We talked for a moment about County Stadium (he was too young), Miller Park and the new American Family Field. “I just wanted to give a shout-out to a nice young lady. My family and I are up here for the holidays from out of state. My family had a good amount of items and the line was starting to get long. Kaitlin handled it like a pro! I could tell she was getting stressed out being the only one at the registers, but she did fantastic. She was extremely polite and patient, and even made time to make some small talk with my kids. Hard work and generosity doesn’t go unnoticed! Keep up the good work kid.”
“We have been going to Kohl’s for the longest time. Never had a bad experience or anything negative to say about any Kohl’s location. Speaking for myself at least and recent experience, I don’t know if this applies to all locations, but the Northland location has only one checkout line setup rather you are going to self checkout or registers. Me and my family were looking to use the self checkout one day and had asked the people in front of us if any of them were looking to use the self checkout if not we were going to politely pass. All of them said no, but one man didn’t seem to appreciate us cutting in line so he told us we should wait in line. Mind you that day was in fact busy the line was long so I understand the frustration of people cutting in line, but I just think if there was 2 separate lines one for self checkout and one for the registers it would be a lot easier, efficient and less angry people:)”
“We've been coming to this store for decades. And I always purchase gift cards for my wife for Christmas and other special occasions. Huge choice of factory outlet type new items on the second floor. The price of shoes in this part of the store is incredibly low. All shoes under 30 dollars and many are down to 10 or 20.”
