I just ordered another large enclosure for my Burmese python and just like the ones in the past, the experience was a great one. From ordering, through shipping and delivery, everything went smoothly. Their customer service personnel completely understand what great customer service is, and were in contact through all phases of the procurement process, and also followed up after the delivery to make sure all went well. Custom Cages
7260 Commerce Plaza Dr, NeenahI'm going to share a little diddy about getting a couple of enclosures from Custom Cages. I call them enclosures but in reality, these are displays, like super legit showcases for your pets. So to call them enclosures seems a bit dirty. The order went very smooth, we knew pretty much what we wanted so the process was fairly painless. I was told the they would ship in about 4-5 weeks. To my surprise they shipped in just 2 weeks. I got the confirmation email.... took a double take on the shipment....yep my eyes saw that correct, 17 boxes!! 17! They arrived in great shape and sat in the dining room for a few days as we gathered ourselves for what was going to be a long journey. Sunday morning rolls around and our son asked if we wanted to put them together....deep breath, "Sure". We unboxed an ungodly amount of product and neatly organized everything. OK, 4 people, 2 Displays.... and all day. yep. After a few take backs because I didn't follow the instructions well, the displays were up and looking fine! 8 hours, 4 people and every second was worth it. Imagine having adult legos and having the whole family gather around and build together. It was sunday church but we engaged with each other. Thank you Custom Cages for the glorious displays for our beardies and for the much needed family time you guys facilitated for us. You guys are a 10 star easy.

Then, when I went to pick it up, the groomers answered some of my questions and made me feel comfortable about bringing our new puppy in for services. A+ customer service by everyone.

Country View Clippers
417 Tullar Rd, NeenahKelly does a wonderful job. I had two dogs (one Labradoodle and one Sheepadoodle). The labradoodle was older and she did a great job with the old girl; being gentle, calming, and watching for growth spots. We got the Sheepadoodle and he was very anxious, separation anxiety BUT he did good with her. She did say he was a handful, but aren't most puppies. As he aged he got better. I loved the honesty and her willingness to cut my dogs the way I wanted them (like a family pet...not some show poodle)! When I didn't like something, I told her. When I liked how she cut my dog(s), I took a picture so the next time, she could get close to that. Simple as that.

2845 County Rd JJ, NeenahI have only been to Great Lakes Veterinary Clinic a few times over the years for specific OFA exrays. This particular dog is very anxious at the Vets office, which I made them aware of before hand. The entire staff and Dr. Randy made the visit a much stressful experience by suggesting sedation for the films. It was very quick, he got very nice exrays and my dog did not have to experience a negative experience or stay there for the entire afternoon. I was able to take him home within 30 mins. If I lived closer I would definitely choose Great Lakes for my primary vet needs.

I’m happy with the rates, the facility is clean, comfortable and safe. The staff are all friendly and welcoming, knowing the dog’s names as people and pets enter. Local and caring, I can’t imagine taking my puppy anywhere else.

Took my two frenchies there love that they can share “kennel” since this breed is very anxious and have separation anxiety so they can stay together and also are separated from the other dogs there! Have access to go in and out through out the day ! Also very nice owners! Love that they even got a frenchi now so they are familiar with the breed.

1010 Cameron Way, NeenahIt was my 5 year olds birthday and we were taking her out to lunch! My parents had been to Batley’s and recommended it as an option. Her only request was French fries and the rest of the menu looked good for our needs. I had no idea about the outdoor play area so that was a massive added bonus to sit outside while she played on the equipment while we waited for our food. The food was good too and reasonably priced and we liked the smaller lunch portions. She also got the deep fried Oreos for dessert and the servers even sang the wheels on the bus for her at her request instead of happy birthday. She had a great birthday lunch and we will definitely be back to sit outside soon!

976 American Dr, NeenahI have to say something about my experience earlier today. I am mentoring a youth and I brought him in to your facility and this whole place was shockingly amazing. I had no idea it even existed and the staff member who was working yesterday at about 4pm was SO FRIENDLY and engaging. She literally made this young boy so happy he could not stop talking about the experience the whole drive home. Thank you to everyone who works and volunteers at this facility. I am going to tell everyone I know about this place. It is the most amazing place I have come across in YEARS in the fox valley. ❤️
