“I wish I would have caught the name of the woman who assisted me today because she was wonderful. She was on the phone with another customer when I arrived and handled the call in a patient, friendly and helpful manner. Then she proceeded to help the three of us in line. Extremely efficient, fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. It appears she was the only person working during that time frame, and she handled the needs of four customers in less than 5 minutes. Best part of it was her kind smile and enthusiastic nature. Many thanks for starting my day on a positive note!”
