Adam and Jordan were very helpful. Easy to talk to, helpful with setting up the kids on the tablets while switching phone providers. Walked out not feeling like I was just robbed from a phone provider.

Switched over to Verizon last night from US cellular. Went to the Neenah location where we worked with Jordan. Couldn’t recommend him enough, very knowledgeable, polite with amazing customer service. Jordan went above and beyond what was asked of him when a simple switch turned into a 4hr process. He was very professional. Great experience.

Went there today to get my hotspot connected and it took 15 minutes as appose to ATT. I spent 16 hours 4 hours a day last week Monday thru Thursday...on the phone with ATT and they could not figure out how to activate there own hotspot device so i returned it.. The guys here at Verizon in Neenah are awesome and not to pressing about getting more devices, and have respect if you don't want to buy anything else. And they do things very efficiently. Thanks for helping me out in only 15 minutes!!!

RYAN C. IS A SCAMMER. Sold me a SIM card that a corporate store would have offered for free. Claimed my phone was locked to a different provider (it wasn't) and insisted I buy a new phone.
Go to the corporate stores in Oshkosh or Appleton instead. They got me a SIM card for free and zero issues getting me active.
