“I received a pair of earrings from my sister who had just passed away from cancer. They are extremely sentimental to me! I was at Fox River Mall and decided to go into Zales jewelry to see if the little 3 diamonds were real diamonds. The girl took my earrings and said she was going to clean them and started rubbing them too hard, one of the diamonds fell out of the earring. There were three in each one. I panicked. The manager came over and she said because they’re not real diamonds they’re not going to fix it even though their employee ruined it . I went to Rogers and Hollands worked with Justin who was above and beyond helpful for me in my distraught. They are choosing to fix my earrings, even though they weren’t even bought there.
