“I use Naylor’s Automotive for most all of my car repair. Not only is Gary honest and trustworthy but he is also great at fixing any model vehicle at a very comparable price. My wife and I were buying a used car and wanted a third party inspection. Naylor got us in the garage the following day, even after a nasty snow storm the prior evening. Last June she was up here and he looked it over for her. It was some loose bolts on the exhaust that was causing the noise. My daughter was so relieved. “What an absolute amazing experience from start to finish! I initially called to help out one of my son's friends who was having some tire issues and his job is to drive and he lives in Hartford. I spoke with Mitch who was absolutely amazing and made room for us to get the car in today. My son recently passed away and I really wanted to help his best friend get his vehicle fixed. Not only did they get us in, they did it super quick and Eugen who fixed the tires was such a pleasure. I think he's like a tire ninja, super fast and efficient! What an amazing employees to have on your team! Ed also at the desk was so nice and helpful. It is nice to have a wonderful department with such wonderful people in it. Keep up the great job Walmart! My son starts driving soon and every single tire I need replaced and my entire family's tires, I will drive from Wauwatosa to Hartford to have all our tires replaced from now on! “I had to rust spots on the either side of the handle on the back hatch. The paint was bubbling, starting to come off and exposed the rust underneath. In my infinite wisdom I tested the rust with my key and it created a nice, rusty hole. I contacted Pro Auto Center, where I get my car worked on, and Jared recommended Kurt.I contacted Kurt and he said to bring it down for him to take a look. He gave me an estimate window since you could not see how bad the rust was on the inside. He said it could be a little more if the conditions were worse than expected. I would take three days but it could be longer once he was able to see the damage. In the end it did take four days but it was worth it.He cut out the rust, welded new metal in and painted the back hatch. It looks absolutely amazing and it did not break the bank. I would highly recommend Kurt for body work repair. One other thing that was pleasant surprise. He vacuumed out the entire car!!! The car was a little dirty from Winter but I wasn't expecting him to do that.”

“Rinderle is a clean and a comfortable place to wait while your repair/alignment/etc is being done. They are always very busy, so be ready for that, and manage your expectations accordingly. In the past, I have stopped in unannounced when my tires were shaking like crazy because of the snow packed in them. They sprayed them out free of charge. They are always kind, even though that phone rings off the hook. I’m actually there right now getting a tire rotation and balancing. I could live without the country music. LOL”
