“This might not sound that important but it made an impression on me. I am an old school person and when it comes to modern technology I struggle some. I needed a new phone charger cord for my IPhone. Couldn’t remember which one for sure I needed. When I went to check out I asked the young lady if she knew something about the phones and if I got the right cord. She took her time and helped me out. Never looked annoyed or agitated with me. Meanwhile the checkout line started to pile up about. Still helping me, she called for backup. Always kept a smile and checked me out. That’s what I call great old fashioned customer service! Anytime I have been to Ace and I usually need help with something your employees are there with a smile and eager to help. It just made my day!”
