Terrible experience!! The store manager here first of all is a horrible leader. He walked out on his team late night while we were trying to get new business accounts and left his NEW sales reps there not knowing what to do. I hope he is not still the manager. This was a few months ago. I stayed there all day and got nothing accomplished. Will never return to this location, and this is the exact reasons why people choose to stay away from non corporate locations!

Terrible experience, this has never happened before at this store. I blame the new management. I added a line through ATT corporate. I went to the store to get the physical phone and was told I would have to wait 3 months unless I added another line that day. I called AT&T and confirmed that wasn't true. The store also had a promotion posted they wouldn't give me because they said it ended 2 weeks ago but the manager hadn't taken the sign down or off the display phones. I called the manager, Brittany, to get my activation fees waived, and asked for the promotion to be honored, she said no and told me to go someplace else. I asked for the store ID and her ID, she wouldn't give it to me. I asked her why, and if it was because she knew the way she was speaking to me was inappropriate, and she hung up on me. RUDE, INCONSIDERATE, and INAPPROPRIATE.

I was completely satisfied with my experience until I found out that my bill was going to be more than I was told it would be when I signed up! The sales person was very helpful and took care of me quickly. However, when the installation was completed, I found that I was going to pay more monthly than I had been told!
