Called at 6pm. They close at 7pm. Was on hold the entire time without anyone answering. They hung up abruptly at exactly 7pm. I don’t believe that no one was available to take my call for an hour. Would give 0 stars if I could.Edit: I called back again the next day and wasted my entire lunch break waiting on hold for them to pick up the phone. Customer service is non-existent here and I will be transferring to another cvs.

The pharmacist and the staff at the CVS at the Target in New Berlin on Moorland Road are exceptional. They have went out of their way to help me save money on my Lumigan eye drops from Allergan and they have assisted me when my savings card expired explaining how to call and renew/obtain a new savings card. They are the best!

Lol I wish I saw the reviews before going- wow everyone is correct. Ciara is extremely rude- I’m still in shock with the experience I had that I almost believe it wasn’t real. It’s my second time going and the first (can’t remember the lady’s name) time I went, she was so frustrated and upset with I’m assuming the previous customer and all her frustration came out on me. Today Ciara was exceptionally rude, but it all makes sense with the comments below expressing that the CVS people are rude here. I will definitely never be visiting this CVS ever again. I’m literally laughing thinking about what I just experienced- I wish the CVS employees some happiness in their lives & maybe a good meal to bring them some happiness.

Katie and her staff are EXCELLENT at the New Berlin CVS pharmacy!! She always takes the time to answer any questions I have, no matter how busy she is, and always with a smile.

This used to be our go to pharmacy but now we need to find a new location. The last straw is they have unilaterally decided to no longer accept Good RX for certain types of medication. Apparently too many people were complaining about costs which I find strange since Good RX clearly defines what you are paying. Either way we have had so much better service at other companies that it is time to switch all of our scripts.

Always an issue getting prescription filled here. Took me 3 days for my prescription to get filled. And months later, 3 days for my daughter's prescription. According to my pediatrician office the pharmacy never sent in the prior authorization and sat on it. Pediatrician also informed me to avoid CVS pharmacies.

Every time I have a need, they are very helpful and pleasant. It is true, they may be short staffed, however, everyone currently appears to be.

Spouse scheduled a shot & on day to recieve, appointment canceled by CVS by text. Called to find out why and status and was told it was because had recieved shot in another state. We tried to explain that no, did not and did not know what talking about but refused to help & told us to straighten it out with the other location out of state because "it is in their computer." Called and the out of state pharmacy which the number was provided on phone the out of state said we must have discussed the shot at their "drive in window and they entered by accident." We had not been to their out of state pharmacy in a year so how can this happen? What about HIPPA privacy & why were records up? Called back our local CVS in New Berlin and would not help. Now going to competition because of their rotten attitudes. Customer care... none...Helpfulnesss... none even though it was their error and they acknowledged the same. CONFIDENCE IN CVS.. NONE & GONE. Not our job to fix CVS internal errors!

No coordination between the staff and computer system. Lower your expectations if you absolutely must use this pharmacy.

I honestly used to dread having to go pick up prescriptions from this pharmacy because they are so rude. The main woman who works upfront is so unwelcoming and snappy. I finally decided to switch to pick n save after continuous long waits and rude service and am so relieved, they are much friendlier and helpful and actually a whole lot cheaper too!
