“I took 4 expensive dress shirts and a pair of pants that I thought had been ruined after going through a wash with an oil based gel pen that exploded during the wash cycle. The staining was really bad on all clothing items. They were willing to try and remove the stains, but couldn’t guarantee they would be able to get them out. When I came to pick up the shirts and pants they were able to get all of the staining out!!! Unbelievable! Extremely reasonable cost as well. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them.”
“The staff here keep it really clean and are super helpful. Machines always seem to be in good working order and dryers run nice and hot- never need as many quarters as I think I will need. Also a decent amount of the super huge machines that can do really large items (great for sleeping bags and weighted blankets)”
“Hey people new ownership met people they seem pretty nice The first month after takeover seem pretty clean better than what it had become. But now with the colder weather have noticed vagrants hiding in the back laundromat sleeping a sure hope they stay on top of this keeping the place clean and running these other people off that don't belong”

“I would give 10 stars if I could. I bought a very old coat at a Goodwill store and it was NASTY. Smelled like a wet attic, great big stain down the sleeve. It was so beautiful, but I was worried it was a lost cause -- especially because it didn't have a care label! The staff at the Brookfield Klinke took such good care of this coat. It came out SPOTLESS. They talked me through the whole process, the potential risks, and asked for extra time to really give the whole thing a good once over. And it was well worth it! Thank you so much for helping me save this fabulous vintage find!!!!!!”

“I have been so lucky to find a place that is still open and well staffed! I needed a few alterations on my suits and had a lot to get cleaned with short turnaround. The girl who helped me was very accommodating and knowledgeable. I got everything done in time for my trip and didn’t have to worry about getting new suits or how anything fit. Thank you Mary!”
“Usually go from midnight to 2 or 3 whenever I get done. Sometimes there's a little mess, but someone's there. Cleaning it up, the machine seem to get fixed pretty quickly. I like that time cause no one's there. You can get it done, get in never had a problem. They have a private security company that comes to their every so often. Walked in and out, check out things. Make sure everybody's safe. Of all the twenty four hour laundromats i've been to it's the best”

“Needed a down comforter and heated mattress pad washed and dried. I didn't have time to do it myself but left it with Janice (the attendant) to do. Both items were clean, folded and packaged in a nice zipper storage bag. All at a very fair price! I'd highly recommend either drop-off or doing laundry there as there were plenty of machines and the entire place looked clean.”
