He can and will get down on the floor, nose to the concrete, to look down a strange basement drain for you. He has an eagle eye for everything - the age of the roof, if the water heater was professionally installed, and even if a tree might need to be removed!

As a first time home buyer, and someone buying a home alone, this whole process can be anxiety inducing at best. However, with David and Sally I was in such good hands and put so at ease. I cannot imagine any realtors who could make it less stressful than Sally & David.”
