I needed to buy a home for my daughter, on relatively short notice, and was doing it from across the country. David was phenomenal in terms of taking her to see homes. He was knowledgeable and obliging in helping us appreciate the strengths and weaknesses of each property, including offering his insight into issues about possible renovations and improvements, and investment value. He was really helpful in finding the perfect neighborhood and property based on the description of our specific needs and ideal required attributes.
