“I am very grateful to have found Smarty Pants. They truly are the most kind and caring people and my son has learned so much attending 2-4K. From the first day my son attended, Ms Tammy and Ms Ally have made us feel welcome and comfortable. The center is well run and organized, flexible with scheduling. I could not have been happier with Ms Ally’s 2K, Ms Lisa's 3K and now Ms Lisa and Ms Nancy’s 4K class and all the wonderful activities the kids get to do. I love getting the weekly updates with pictures of what they are doing. I always get a quick response with questions and concerns. I will be incredibly sad to say good-bye when my kids go to Kindergarten.”

“Our family cannot recommend New Berlin Preschool enough. My son came to them in 3K very shy and would barely interact with the teachers or play with the other children. We are nearing the end of 4K and it is amazing to see the transformation he has made thanks to his wonderful teachers. He is more talkative and is able to confidently interact with his teachers and peers. He is excited about learning and seeing his friends at school. I feel confident that he is prepared academically and socially for kindergarten thanks to NB Preschool.”

“We started our toddler at the New Berlin KinderCare about 5 months ago and we could not be happier with our decision to switch from another facility. It was a very hard decision for us to make but the staff and administration at KinderCare were so patient and welcomed us with open arms when we were ready. Our daughter has absolutely flourished and LOVES going to school every day. It is an almost daily occurance that she wants to stay and play at pick-up time. My husband often has to wait 5-10 minutes because she's having so much fun with her friends and teachers. The daily communications are amazing and we love seeing pictures of her learning and playing throughout the day. Thank you New Berlin KinderCare for loving our baby!”

“I see all of these bad reviews but my experience so far has been nothing like this. Sure there have been some hiccups with the management change, but every person here has been nothing but kind and welcoming to my family. I do not feel that my child is unsafe here. She’s learning a ton, making friends and seems genuinely happy. I think they’re on the up and up and are really trying to build back from all the changes that occurred months back.”

I have felt confident that they are safe and in the best of hands, and are cared for like family by their teachers. They are so happy every morning when they first see their teachers.
