“We had bought a 14 Passat from a small lot, the day after we bought it we started getting warning light. There was nothing In the computer at the time of test drive. We had taken it to another shop which did 1 test and said it needed a new engine. We brought it to Silver lake N.B. they did a full inspection and sent it to us WITH pictures and also recomended engine replacement. We decided to go ahead and do the new engine with silver lake. They kept me up on everything that was going on and we're able to get it in and done FAST! Needless to say we are very pleased with the service and YES HIGHLY RECOMED!!”

“Our car rolled off the side of our very slanted driveway and was sitting up against an electric pole in Waukesha. We didn’t want to damage the car by trying to move it ourselves, so we called for a winching service. They wanted to assess the situation before they gave me an estimate. I don’t remember the name of the person who came but he basically helped me move the car safely by giving me instructions. Didn’t charge me a penny. Lately I have been dealing with different situations where people would take as much money as possible. It’s as if their soul has been sucked by corporate greed and it doesn’t bother them even a little bit before screwing the customers out of their money. When this person treated me today as a human in need and helped me without asking for anything in return, I felt so grateful. Sometimes kindness comes from places and people you’d least expect and I hope God multiplies and returns him this kindness I experienced today. I would recommend their service to everyone. Of course, they won’t do it for free but I am confident that they will treat you and provide the service as best as they can.”

“10/10 service every time! Not only do they always have the best prices for any fix/oil change I have gotten done but they’ve also always been there last minute for quick fixes as well! We had an issue with our hitch before heading out camping for the holiday weekend and thought our weekend was ruined but we called Martin’s, they had us immediately come in and fixed the issue for us right away within a few minutes! And for free at that! Always the best service :)”

“So I have lowered Mustang and I blew my charge pipe off my supercharger and was stranded. Not one towing company would touch my car but SPEEDY. The driver took his time, had race ramps to avoid scraping. The meticulous amount of time spent to avoid any damage on a car he knows I spent on so much money on speaks volumes of this company. I have them saved in my phone now but hope it doesn’t happen again but if it does, I know I can trust them!!!”

“Called Scott to take a look at our truck. He was upfront and to my surprise even gave me some ideas of what it could be if I wanted to try to check into (we had but to no avail) before dropping off the truck, Dropped it off and the very next day it was ready, will definitely go back if needed with any other vehicles, great communication and service, he even took care of a couple other things with our wiring that he happened to notice, he went above and beyond!”

“My car wasn’t starting and I called this place and they were at my house in 10 minutes to tow it, replaced the spark plugs and my brakes in one day and had it ready by that next morning. The prices are incredibly fair and they don’t try and upcharge you. I just moved to the neighborhood so finding such a great auto shop has been on my list of things to do and I’ve done that here. The team kept me updated on everything to do with my car and were very transparent about prices and options.”

“Wednesday 10/23, approximately 1630, my water pump decided it was done with life. Calling around shops to get a quote and when it could be gotten to was none and far between. Brant, on the phones was calling around looking for parts as well as recommending a Tow Company, took care of finding parts and great Tow service, after he should have been gone for a morning fix. When I arrived after hours, John, met me in the parking lot asking if I need a ride or anything for the night, I asked about an out side plug for electricity to cook and heat my truck since I could run APU or engine, he ran a couple extension cords outside for me to use. On his way out for the night, he tossed me a set of keys to what I assumed was shop running around truck said here, use it for whatever you need. Not any shops I know of that do anything like this anymore. Jim, the mechanic, showed up around 7 just like promised and ready to tackle the job he was quick over checking to make sure EVERYTHING was right and tight. Fast and friendly service from all the guys I spoke to. I'd give 10 stars if Google would let me. I'll definitely keep their number in my back pocket for if I'm in the area or just get towed to the area. It's definitely worth the look at this gem!!!”

“I was really worried when my car broke down and needed to be towed. This company definitely eased my anxiety! They were super responsive and quick. We met at my car within 20 minutes (on the dot). They were very kind and once my car was towed to the right spot they checked out my car and suggested what was going on with it. The payment was not bad either, it was 84$ for about 10 miles or 20 minutes. The other places were going to charge almost twice as much. So this company was super helpful when I definitely needed it.”
