Hands down the worst UX I've ever experienced on a website. >12s to load every page transition, can't pay the payoff amount for a loan, only the current balance. Absolutely unacceptable.

I love how this place has exactly 1 star, because the reviews are just people that Google'd "University Accounting Service" and this is the only listing. The address is different from the one on their website (so I submitted an update) but since it's the only one, I'll submit my grievance here as well!I wanted to pay off my student loan, so first I had to call them to get a payoff quote. I gave them a date that it needed to be good through, which occurred after my next payment date, so the payoff neglected to account for the upcoming payment. The payoff letter was also clearly manually typed because the date and payoff amount were switched on the page. When the loan was paid off, it was overpaid, so I was due some money back. However, YOU HAVE TO CALL THEM to get the money back. Otherwise, it just sits there indefinitely. It's been about 6 weeks, so I finally called, and they said they now entered the "task" for me to get the money back by check in the mail within 30 days.

How can you seriously expect an interest rate of 9.1% to be acceptable. This is criminal!

They are paying you to be fussed, cursed out, and called out of your name all day with no resources to help the customer. Leads will not help you and supervisors will not take calls or do callbacks. I often felt emotionally drained at the end of my shift. Not able to help people who have legitimate complaints. This is the worst company I ever worked for in my life. The turnaround rate in this position is high. After working there for 9 months, I can honestly say the hardest part about this job is dealing with your conscience as you end the calls with no resolution.DO NOT TAKE OUT A LOAN HERE AND DO NOT WORK HERE

Involuntary deferment that turns into 5x your monthly bill for the rest of your loan. If this corporation is tied to your loan for education, look elsewhere. Interest rates may be higher with your credit union/bank but at least they'll listen to you.

Scum Scammers. Incompetency is very visible when using their platform and talking with their staff. World would be better without their existence.

Low flexibility especially through covid. Beware, they’re removing online payments as well.

0/5 if possible. They double charged me for a monthly payment 4 months ago and I’m still fighting to receive my refund. Absolutely frustrating and exhausted

I paid my student loan off faithfully on time for years, my entire loan history has been not been reported to credit companies. All that work for no public record of it. They are the most disorganized company I’ve ever talked to.

Would give zero stars if I could. Do not use this company at all costs. I co-signed on a student loan with my son. UAS sent me to collections for a loan that doesn't even BELONG TO US! Let me repeat, they had my attached to some random person. How does this even happen. I filed a complaint with BBB and will be pursuing legal options. Oh and one more thing - their phone tree doesn't work. So if you try to call and resolve you get disconnected. Had this happen no less than 11 times.

I wish my mom never took out a loan with these people when I was going to school. Horrible interest rates given how much principal you're dealing with, and It's been an absolute nightmare working with them. It doesn't matter what you tell them, they will badger you relentlessly if you're ever late on a payment, and they have continuously ignored my deferment requests due to my going back to grad school. Don't ever take out a student loan through Clearview FCU or any other institution partnered with this company. I promise that you will regret it.

This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. I took out a loan with a private bank who then sold my loan to this company. I have had the worst experience of my life dealing with them for the past few years. I am still a student and yet every year they demand that I send them proof I am still enrolled despite my current taxes stating I'm a student as well as my other loans showing I am also still a student. This company also harassed my family and me for over a month asking for personal information for a 'business opportunity' but every time we asked what the calls were in regards to they wouldn't give us information until we had divulged birthdays, account numbers, and other personal information. It took a month for them to finally get the hint that we weren't interested. I hate this company and would never recommend them to anyone. I am so frustrated that the bank I had worked with decided that this was the kind of place they wanted to control their student loans. If I could rate something a zero I would. Horrible service and a horrible untrustworthy company. Never EVER use them. 0 stars.

I am co-signer for my daughter’s student loan as she is currently a full time under graduate in her second year of school. I received the first billing statement this late November to find out it was due in two days after receiving this bill. It certainly was not fault of US Postal either. So I sent the payment, plus spent fours hours trying to reach someone to get this problem resolved to not be charged a late fee charge. No luck. Plus, Summitt Bank where the loan started from couldn’t help me either in contact someone directly! I was also unable to pay online due to the account not being set up when I tried to make a payment to avoid a late fee charge. (This was an error on their end!)Then a month later, I received a notice from a bill collector regarding this same account of no payments being made. I couldn’t believe this!!! Plus, this payment was received and cashed by University Accounting Service according to my bank statement. I called the bill collector that was an agency out of Texas. I explained my problem and they were very helpful. A three way call was made between the collector agency, University Accounting Services, and myself. This problem was resolved and University Accounting Services report there was an error their end and they would fix this error. The following month, I noticed that I once again did not receive a billing statement. I spoke to customer service at University Accounting Service and the lady was really friendly and didn’t understand what had taken place. I ended up paying January and February payment. I did receive the February payment after paying the February payment over the telephone. This gets better!!! I never received a March statement! Yes, I am set up to receive paper on this account. So today, April 10, 2021, I received two letters for the same account regarding no payment has been received, payment is late, and I could be subjected to a late fee charge.I am not sure who is running this company?? It certainly can’t be an educated individual. This is certainly not good business for a bank to be doing business with. I certainly not happy that I going to have to deal with this company once again!!! Why would I do online banking with this company?????? They most likely would double charge or charge a late fee charge. I also don’t want to hear the COVID-19 excuse for this error.Solution. Going to give them one more chance to fix their problem. If they can’t fix this problem, I will take my business else where. Note: I have dealt with FannyMae and Citizen Bank for student loan with my other children and never ever had a problem, staff is knowledgeable, and no waiting on the telephone very long in getting an answer. No Covid-19 excuse for the long volume of calls!!!! If they fail, I moving these loans to another bank:
