“I’ve come here a handful of times over the years, and I’ve meant to leave this review sooner. I stopped in one rainy day very sad, and looking for something to help my dog who had recently begun having seizures. The employee was amazingly kind, and I wish I remembered his name. He was also very empathetic. I left with some CBD oil, which I did give my dog, however she did end up passing fairly soon after my visit, once it was discovered she had cancer. That same employee reached out via email wishing me and my dog the best, and reiterated that he and the other employees were there to help if we needed anything. It’s an act of kindness I think of frequently, over two years later. I am sorry it took me so long to leave this review, but I am forever grateful for the genuine human kindness I experienced, and the quality of your products.”

“I love this location for so many reasons! Being a product of a grocer (my dad) I can't just shop anywhere. I have multiple places I go based on so many things. We know the cost of food is really high right now so I have to be honest if you're trying to save money on food, this prob isn't the place to do it. That being said I am a firm believer you get what you paid for. Fresh Thyme Market is exactly that, a market grocery store. Fresh, organic ingredients. Local items. The people who work here embody that culture and take pride in what they do and what they sell. As a former deli worker I just want to take a moment to shout out the DELI DEPARTMENT!!! Y'all!!! They rock. They have a system that works! And when you ask for shaved meat, no one rolls an eye. No one huffs or grumbles. It's lovely!!! Also can I get a hell yeah for Boars head?! They do an amazing job here and I just want them to know! If you have a question or need anything, anyone is willing to stop what they're doing and help you. I couldn't find miso paste to save my life the other day and this woman made a call and then found exactly where it was and it took like 30 seconds. I really was thankful for that. I can't speak for other locations but this one is great. At checkout my kid loves to tell them where the tractor is. A little surprise for the little ones if they find it! They also have the tiny cart so your little one can shop too.Thanks for making a hard task with kids more enjoyable!”

“Best staff ever. Got some supplements from them and a really cool big blender bottle. They have great products and the staff will teach you a good schedule to follow. They are helpful and priced reasonably. I especially like this place because it seems more like a mom and pop store rather than gnc where you got 20 year olds working to try to pay there rent by the end of the month. Always nice when you talk to the owner.”

“I was just here 4/3/23 - I came in specifically for Redcon1 energy drinks - which they had in ABUNDANCE! I was so happy because they are often sold out on Redcon's website. I was even more impressed that the assistant manager Jim remembered my name after about 2 years of being away. He was very helpful in finding more items my wife was searching for.
