“usually we have no issues at this pharmacy. but today was not a good experience. mona at new london pharmacy should not be working in a pharmacy or at a register. honestly, i’m genuinely concerned about how her brain works.
my fiancé went to pick up his prescription. he’s 28. birthday: 05/29/1996. his name starts with “aa.” she kept repeating “12/29/1955” and “ee.” 1955. he’s 28 and looks 28. we kept correcting her: “it’s 5/29/96, and it’s ‘aa,’ not ‘ee.’” she wouldn’t listen. instead, she snapped at us and insisted we said “ee.”
she’s old enough to know damn well that a 28 year old wasn’t born in 1955. the fact that she argued with us about it is wild. she clearly struggles to process basic info, and maybe it’s time she looked for work that doesn’t involve handling prescriptions or people.”
“This dollar general is the best in the surrounding area. Always stocked, has great products for grocery or home goods. Definitely needed for Fremont residents that don't want to run to the Fox Valley or Waupaca. Clean store and friendly staff. A preferred place to shop.”
