“usually we have no issues at this pharmacy. but today was not a good experience. mona at new london pharmacy should not be working in a pharmacy or at a register. honestly, i’m genuinely concerned about how her brain works.

my fiancé went to pick up his prescription. he’s 28. birthday: 05/29/1996. his name starts with “aa.” she kept repeating “12/29/1955” and “ee.” 1955. he’s 28 and looks 28. we kept correcting her: “it’s 5/29/96, and it’s ‘aa,’ not ‘ee.’” she wouldn’t listen. instead, she snapped at us and insisted we said “ee.”

she’s old enough to know damn well that a 28 year old wasn’t born in 1955. the fact that she argued with us about it is wild. she clearly struggles to process basic info, and maybe it’s time she looked for work that doesn’t involve handling prescriptions or people.”

“Just your typical Walgreens with the same products you can find anywhere else, only with much higher prices tthan most places that sell those same products. Example: A bag of Twizzlers licorice costs around $3.00 at Walmart, costs almost $4.00 at Walgreens.

Walgreens does have good deals on vitamins and supplements, where you buy one and get another 50% off or even free.”
