If you like standing around for about an hour to try to get your phone figured out. With only one employee working that's a great store. One employee working is what you expect out of a MetroPCS store not a Verizon

So Walmart used to have ppl that helped us look for a lower cost plan, but we had to wait a month or so for it to go in effect. I asked my husband to go in and have them review again. Walmart no longer has the ppl for support which is ok.
What is not ok is when my husband went to the actual store for support and was told to figure it out on his own. So…what is the point of this store????

Should have never wasted my time going there. Went to get 2 new phones. Waited for well over an hour without any acknowledgement of me or anyone else waiting in the store. Gave up and went to the actual Verizon store in Hudson and walked out 10 min later with my phones. Never going here again.

I needed to edit my review as I just replaced my screen saver and found out your associate had put a screen saver over another one I had on there I couldn’t understand why this took so long to do. I feel now like I was ripped off for a $60 screen saver I didn’t need

This place is actually the best verizon. Got to eat taco bell with the homies after they closed waiting for the transfer to be done. Matt is a very great employee, very respectful, very professional, and funny too!

My husband and I recently visited the Verizon wireless store and was extremely disappointed with the level of customer service and staffing. It was a Friday night and there was only one person working, and the same situation repeated on Saturday. The poor employee was completely overwhelmed with the number of customers and the wait times were unacceptable. Customers were waiting for hours just to drop off their phones for trade-ins, which should have been a quick and simple process.
I must commend the employee(s), Kass (Friday Evening) and Quinn (Saturday), for handling the situation as best as they could under the circumstances. They were doing their best to assist everyone, but it was clear that they were understaffed and needed more support.
I believe that Verizon wireless needs to seriously address their management and staffing issues. It is not fair to expect one person to handle such a high volume of customers, especially on busy weekend days. I hope that the company takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary changes to improve the customer experience in the future.

Severely understaffed. Quinn is amazing, and FULL of knowledge. She had to work at another store and even called in from that location to help set up phones. She deserves 5 stars, but the store needs better staffing. Only one employee at a store like this is wild.
