“My vehicle is currently at Kruse where it’s been for a month with some pretty serious issues, 1st time customer and let me just say they are all awesome. They’ve definitely got a new lifetime customer in me. They’re not just out to do a repair and get paid. They have taken the time to show me what is wrong with my vehicle, give me all possibilities for repairs as well as likelihood of repair success or failure due to what’s wrong with it. I’ve been many other places and I can just say others would probably fix it, tell you it’ll be fine and send you on your way. I appreciate the honesty of everyone at Kruse as well as them going above and beyond to not only explain what’s wrong but also take me back and show me. They’ve done everything they can to help me out, find the most cost effective but yet complete repair and even found a car to rent for a very good rate. Can’t say enough good about them!! “After a really bad storm, a tree fell on the slide out of a trailer at Skillet Creek Campground. A family in need (mom, dad & 2 kids) live in this trailer for 6 months out of the year. The trailer was condemned by the Red Cross & the family did not have money to repair the damage. A talented and kind-hearted man repaired the trailer back to livable conditions at no charge to the family, but he couldn’t fix the broken window glass. I asked Pete if he would give us a price to replace the glass. Pete went out of his way that same day and took one window back to his shop and measured the other windows w/broken glass. He returned and replaced all the broken glass THE NEXT DAY AT NO CHARGE! Obviously, Pete’s business is not a non-profit business, but Pete and his wife certainly are caring and charitable people. The family was overwhelmed w/appreciation. Thank you Pete’s Glass!”

“Was in the store on 04/02/2020 around 1:15 pm. Was looking for something simple but didn't know the size. Had been at another parts store down the street and they couldn't be bothered to help me find the size I needed. The woman, who was the only one in the store working at the time, was more than willing to help me. Even with the social distancing crisis, she was more than willing to come to my car and get the right size for me. That is the true meaning of customer service. I may wind up paying a little more in the long run, but I will be returning for my next auto needs. Keep up the great work!!!!!”

“These guys are excellent mechanics with your $$ in mind. They always do it right, and stand by their work. Their receptionist is Erica, and man she is on it. She can explain the mechanic lingo and is always friendly. This is a small town business that is QUALITY. We've been using them now for about five years. We don't go anywhere else now. I trust them with all of our vehicles that range from a F250 diesel to a Mini Cooper. You'll always get options and estimates and they are very easy to schedule. The only downside is that they don't have a waiting room really. You can sit and chat with Erica or the owner while the work is being done, or plan to have someone go with you to drop the vehicle. The BEST MECHANICs I've ever dealt with in my life. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”
