“Tina challet.... i apologize that you feel quinn does not communicate. Looking over your account you did not pay rent on the first of January like our agreement states. You received a late fee and lock out fee. After quinn reched out to you, you finally paid on January 15th. Then you decided to give notice on January 15th also. Per the agreement you signed you are required to give a 28 day notice which means you would have had to pay February 1st and had til the end of February to move out. Quinn decided to let that slide and took Jan 15th as your date so you wouldnt have to pay for February. So I think her communication skills are impeccable. Plus she was more then fair with you. Per the agreement you signed she could have said, nope you need to pay for February also but she didnt.If there is a unit that got broke into there is nothing we can do except give the footage from.out cameras to the police. On a tenant renting they need to call the police and report it to there renters insurance company. It is out of our hands but in the hands of the tenant if they want to press charges.”
