“Extremely helpful and courteous service (Isiah and Jake). Don't try to hard sell you, take time with process and answer any questions/concerns. Would definitely get my next car from Kunes Buick. They care about their customersand will get you a good deal. Highly reccomend them to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.”

“Alan is the best, and helped my family members by changing their battery really fast after being turned away from another Autozone Store. On 27th street they said theu don't change batteries purchased on a Commercial Account, so I guess they are ok with turning away $230 sales there. Thank you Alan, for showing Autozone takes care of their customers with Commercial Accounts and their family members.”

“I had an outstanding experience at the AutoZone in Oak Creek, thanks to Samra! She provided exceptional customer service and went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed. Her willingness to help, patience, and friendly attitude made the entire visit easy and stress-free. Samra’s extensive automotive knowledge was especially impressive. She answered all my questions clearly, explained my options, and helped me feel confident that I was purchasing the right products for my vehicle. It’s rare to receive this level of knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely caring service. Samra is a tremendous asset to the Oak Creek AutoZone team. I highly recommend this location and will definitely return because of the excellent service she provided. Five stars!”

“The manager Kathleen treated me very good; I had a problem with an Advance Auto (AA from here) ordered radiator and though her hands were tied by different cost structure and different inventory she stepped up to help. Next I wanted to call AA web order support and the agen there treated me like I was a dim bulb. My incident #05302782, this agent Tonya skill for assisting a customer with product quality issues was very weak. My customer care experience at AA on South 27th Street, OakCreek was excellent my experience with AA Tonya was very poor. Thank you AA OakCreek Kathleen!!”

“Oak Creek Automotive really gets the job done. I came in on a whim because my car had an emergency, but they had my car fixed and back on the road within in an hour for a very fair price. The owner and his team are very efficient and very kind. 5/5!!”
