“The manager Kathleen treated me very good; I had a problem with an Advance Auto (AA from here) ordered radiator and though her hands were tied by different cost structure and different inventory she stepped up to help.
Next I wanted to call AA web order support and the agen there treated me like I was a dim bulb. My incident #05302782, this agent Tonya skill for assisting a customer with product quality issues was very weak. My customer care experience at AA on South 27th Street, OakCreek was excellent my experience with AA Tonya was very poor.

We were back on the road within a half hour, able to drive, knowing the cost, and when they replacement piece will be in. “Saw check engine light on my car this morning so quickly went here. They use FixFinder scanner and the scanning is offered for FREE. Forgot to ask the name of the gentleman but he was really friendly and knowledgeable. Helped me understand the code and exchanged some useful information on the cars.”
