I just recently rented from them and I was charged double and on top of that filled the truck and was told I fet it for a Full 24 hours. Never again will I rent from here.

Reserved a trailer with a ramp the night before and no issues until I came to pick it up today. Scheduled for 11am pickup and I show up at 10:45 and I’m told that the trailer is damaged and not rentable. Then told me nearest rental was near 3rd ward. All while I’m supposed to be in Mukwonago at 1130am.Lady and guy seemed to not care and I can’t believe someone couldn’t have called me in the morning or at least an hour before so that I could make other plans.Terrible customer service and I’ll be hesitant to rent from here ever again!

I was charged $1,500 dollars and there wasn't really a explanation on what happen, current employee working there kept repeating he doesn't know how to do math and couldn't explain the bill to me and told me to call customer service.

Rented a trailer for a few hours in and out smooth process bro hardest working guy I've ever seen at a uhual location running to get everything done timely with customer's polite professional and helped Me fix my reservation ended up with a better fee then originally estimated Kiernan was awesome

I rented a warehouse and insurance was paid for damages due to a problem in the building, some mattresses and furniture were damaged due to leaks, a claim was made to the general manager of this place and since then I have been waiting for a response and/or action, it has been 3 months and nothing, it's just that the numbers never add up with them and their adjustments in miles when renting a truck...

Archie is so LEGIT. I went to Uhaul as a last minute audible for my move and they were extremely booked and busy. Archie literally worked his magic finding a 20-inch Uhaul nearby. He was patient and easy to talk to. He was also very honest and upfront. I had such a great experience and I was able to accomplish my move, in less than 5 hours, thanks to Archie. His customer service skills are great. Keep up the great work, Archie. You’re doing good!
