Picked up a trailer for an afternoon and the whole process went very smoothly. Pick-up was quick and the man behind the counter (Theodore maybe?) was excellent. We drove off talking about how impressive the customer service was. Highly recommend.

A simple transaction. You pay the money, you get a truck. They advertise $20, you pay $75. The add-ons will get you, but it's clearly worth the money.
