I was insulted by the store manager here. He loudly belittled me in front of the the other customers and employees. I became inpatient because I saw that he was not assisting anyone and I had a return, it was a phone case that would have taken a minute or less to return. The customers that we being helped were buying phones& discussing service plans . I had been waiting over 20min to make this simple return. I asked the manager why he couldn't make my return if he was just standing there not helping anyone and I said this is ridiculous. He then loudly told me "I'm gonna have to ask you to leave if you don't BEHAVE" It was so insulting. I was too upset to stay after that, I ended up simply just walking out the door quietly, without a word but I was furious. I want the District Manager to contact me about this treatment I received in this store by the manager that works at this Oak creek location

The manager at this store is unprofessional, insulting and rude. I am extremely offended by the way he spoke to me. I will never step foot inside this location again nor could I recommend after the terrible experience I encountered.

Some days ago I visited the Greenfield, Wisconsin Verizon branch,the technician there thought he solved my phone sim card problem. After few days, the problem returned, went this time to Oak Creek, Wisconsin Verizon branch where ( hopefully) this time the problem is resolved. The associate was really kind.

DONT APPLY HERE! i have 2 open apps for almost a month now and still no text email nothing back. I understand this is for how their service but this is part of service to me. at least get back to your applicants verizon.

Went to get a new Sim card to up date so hopefully I would get better service up north in Quincy,WisconsinAdams friendshipPayed more money for better service because on weekends cell service doesn't work from the cell tower in that areaCan only make 911 callsSays I'm not in networkAnd text messages are always pending at peak time .from 5pm till late night all week end longVery poor cell service ?During the week it works but it takes a long time to send picturesNot very happy with Verizon

We were trying to get new phones. Something was entered wrong, they couldnt reset. We were there over an hour and nothing accomplished. We just left.

My wife purchased 2 pair of ibuds and was charged for 3. We live in Tennessee and now trying to get refunded for the mis charge, corporate is saying we have to do it through the store and the lady at the store tells us she can't do business over the phone. I would not recommend this store to anyone. It actually has us considering dropping verizon which we have been customers with for a very long time. The worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!

I was sold a plan with a new phone.Was told $70 a month and the new phone was free and would be deducted from the bill. I get a $100 bill every month and paying for a free phone.This place is a total scam.Service seems to work, thats why i gave one star.

They lied to me!?!I was told I could update my phone for free and if anything happen to the phone I could bring it back within 30 days and replace it! The phone worked fine for 1 day. I brought it back 2 days later because print reader stopped working and password wouldnt allow access either but i was told I needed to drive to an apple store to unlock the phone. They let me leave.How is apple going to unlock the phone when it doesn't even have an apple ID? They can't.I returned and asked if i could buy another phone to replace the "free" one they gave me. Then they explained how i was being billed $450 for this "free" phone that doesn't work!????Angry I asked to cancel my account there, because I feel like they lied to me! the phone wasn't really free and they wont replace it!?!This has been a nightmare.Think twice about joining this network!??
