“I went to the post office to get a passport picture taken. Dana waited on me and was very helpful and courteous! She took a couple of pictures to make sure I had the best one to put on. I have had some bad experiences doing this previously at other places. I was so pleased, and really enjoyed it. She is a valuable asset to the Postal Service. Sandy K”
