“We were in on 4/12 around 4 pm. Preston was very helpful in helping us with the best options for a phone that was not working. We left to go to Best Buy to weigh our options but returned to Verizon to get a new phone. Justin (I think that his name) was helpful in getting a new phone set up, and was able to get our plan price lowered. The manager was great too. I honestly felt like they were trying to get us the best deal and best option for our unfortunate situation with an iPhone with a screen that just stopped working out of the blue.
