“WoW! Jacob was just incredible!! Not pushy ... a very good communicator, and very knowledgeable... answered my many questions without long explanations. Great guy! This is the best place to buy a mattress ever!!”

“Best customer service we have ever experienced during the purchase of a new mattress! The Verlo team was at our house in less than 24 hours after installation to make sure my wife got the correct padding on her side of the mattress. The factory installed medium comfort versus the soft cushion padding and the store manager corrected the problem immediately. We could not be happier thus far!”

“I was very pleased with my experience. Judy came to offer me assistance, but she was not pushy, which I like. She made herself available and was ready to answer any question. She made the process quite easy. I also noted how her co-workers were very helpful.”

“So far everything has gone well, loved the "no sales person " in the store. Called to talk about some order details and was handled very professionally. Still waiting for my delivery as I ordered something not in stock”

“We stopped in to the Delafield store to look for a replacement for our i8 Sleep Number bed. Brian took the time to explain all the different available beds and their differences. He also informed us about all the improvements these new beds have compared to our old i8 bed. We made our choice and Brian helped us with all the available payment options, scheduled our delivery and even helped us set up our Sleep Number app to control our new bed. It was a pleasant experience.”
