“Dan from the Oconomowoc store was extremely patient when helping me while working with my credit card company to remove a block on my card. He went through the entire phone, trying to determine what settings were stopping the connection. I was in the office for about an hour and he was able to successfully help me get my credit card situation resolved. Without him, I would not have been able to do this. The Oconomowoc office is extremely professional looking and the representatives were all very nice and trying to solve this issue.”
