What seemed like a daunting set-up was seamless because of his help. He even answered a couple of our calls during set-up to help walk us through! We will not go to any other USC from now on!”

Not only was he quick, acknowledgable, and efficient, resolving ALL of the issues I came into the store with, and resolving them so I don't have those issues in the future, he was just a genuinely kind and friendly dude. He helped me with my anxiety, and talked me through some other issues I had experienced with my devices not working properly. I am NOT tech savvy, and hate being talked down to, which happens often, but I will be searching out Kenneth for any future issues/ upgrades, ect. He changed all my contacts over no problem. Then the next day not all my pictures and stuff transferred so I wne t back he showed me how to do it and explained everything. Definitely go here!!
