“If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about getting it right, Jim is your guy. From the first conversation, he took the time to really understand our property, our vision, and what would actually thrive in our space long-term. He never rushed us or pushed us toward something that wasn’t the right fit.

What stood out most was his attention to detail during the planting process. Nothing was overlooked. He treated our yard like it was his own, and you could tell that level of care comes naturally to him, not as a sales pitch.

Jim is the rare combination of knowledgeable and genuinely kind. It made the whole experience feel less like a transaction and more like working with a trusted neighbor who happens to know everything about trees.

We’ll absolutely be back when we’re ready to add to our property, and we’ve already started recommending him to friends and family. Five stars, without hesitation.”

“Young men named Andrew and Ethan were very helpful and kind as Andrew got me a bag of potting soil when I had one to big he just grabbed me one instead of me going to put it back, Ethan was then talking to me and was being very respectful. Very kind employees”

“Fall planter class was so much fun! Simply walking around Ebert's today felt wonderful and certainly signaled the start to autumn for me. Staff is very informative, kind and helpful. Such a a gorgeous place to visit! 😍”

“We had the best experience at Home Depot in Delafield tonight. We had several lumber items we needed, some were quite heavy and Dane, one of the employees helped us find and load everything we needed. We didn’t have to ask him for help…he just came over and offered to help! The woman at the checkout was quick and efficient. She then had two young guys help us load everything in our truck. I should’ve gotten all of their names because I want to recognize the exceptional service we received!”

“As far as Home Depot goes, we like this location. It's a nice/large location. We bought a lot of outdoor plants from here between spring and fall. They have a larger selection than a lot of the other Home Depots in the area, and don't seem to sell out as quickly. The pricing was also affordable. This location has become our choice Home Depot location. Home Depot (in general) usually has what we are looking for when working on our house. We love the convenience of the self checkouts, and the ease of using a gift card. The app is also great to help find if what we are shopping for is in stock and where it is located. We have no complaints for this big box store.”
