When I first called about ordering a certain battery the gentleman on the phone said he only had one of this type of battery, but he explained that he had another type that was better. So I listened to what he said about this battery type and decided to order those batteries. I liked the way the gentleman explained things and when I came to pick up the batteries were ready for pickup and he even loaded them in the car for me.”
