The three times I have been to the Onalaska store have all been great experiences. Kacey was super helpful in answering all of my questions and was able to get me a trial phone to check out the coverage compared to our then current carrier. We went back and switched to AT&T and all got new phones. The customer service was great!

It was very busy today with at least 4 people in front of me upon my arrival. I was greeted immediately by Kacey who apologized for my wait. Next the other worker helped me get on wifi as my SIM card was not working at the time (part of why I was there). Somehow they got through the four people ahead of me all with various issues so quickly. Then Kacey helped me fix my phone. He was knowledgeable, friendly, listened to my concerns and helped me trouble shoot. He fixed my issue and then helped me with a few other things regarding my account, provided me with information for the future and explained things I didn’t know about previously.

Both JJ and Kacey were super helpful. Even with the silly nature of my issue they took it seriously and were quick efficient in fixing it. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.
