Walked in and was immediately greeted, which unfortunately was my only positive to this post. I needed to close out my late grandfather's cell phone account. I did not know how 5 digit pin, but had his phone in hand. We attempted to do a PIN reset and it was not working. I'm aware this is a unique situation but I was made to feel like there was no help to be had. I was just told, sorry I can't help you. I'm told I can only be helped at a corporate store.I call corporate customer service and get told I need to go into a store to show ID and death cert, which I had both literally an hour before in store. I ask them to confirm what my local in store options are. This store comes up. The Winona store also comes up.I call Winona and am basically told, oh yep, we can absolutely help and override the PIN issue. So now, I have to drive 25 miles out of my way one way just to get help because my local store refused. Seriously annoyed.

We live in rural Vernon County. This summer, we had a landscaping crew working at our place, and a lot of them seemed to have great service. We are long-time Verizon customers and could usually receive texts, but not always calls. We definitely had to ask who their carrier was! AT&T was the answer!We stopped by the store and spoke with Chayce, and he gave us the rundown on what AT&T could offer us. We could save money AND have better coverage! We have a couple of family members on our Verizon account with us, so we had to get them on board with a switch. It wasn't a hard sell!We all returned to the store together on a busy Saturday. Chayce was there to help us through the process of switching over our account. Not only did we need to switch the account, but a couple of our phones were in need of an upgrade. He had a challenging customer with my mother-in-law insisting that she only wanted an old style flip phone. In the end, with the help of her sons, he was able to work with her on a smartphone that could meet her needs. He was extremely patient and even worked past his scheduled shift to help her. We couldn't have asked for a better salesperson!We got home later in the evening to find that we have full bars and no longer have to connect to our WiFi to use our phones for anything! I am even able to write this review just using the new connection. We are Verizon customers no longer, and I already think we made the right choice! Thank you, AT&T, and especially to Chayce!

I have been having a chronic problem with the online support and phone support, off and on for about 3 1/2 months…I was able to contact the manager at the local AT&T store, Mickie Launspach, she was amazing!She was able to look everything up quickly and accurately, she was very friendly and professional, we had three problems with our account, she was able to fix all three of them, and explain why we kept receiving a notice about returning some equipment, that several operators over the phone, we’re not able to figure out what is was…I told her she definitely deserved a cookie and a gold star, I thanked her profusely for spending so much time and effort, helping me finally fix our account, she was able to explain that we had multiple accounts, and that was a majority of the problems we were having…Thank you Mickie for all your time and energy and effort, I hope this review lets you know just how helpful you were to us!

Great customer service, and very knowledgeable employees. Lots options and reasonable prices with decent credit can have a very nice phone and goodies to go with it.
