“I was nervous when I went to AAA in Onalaska this morning. I am going to Scotland soon and needed questions to be answered. I needed to apply for a AAA credit card, help in setting up a airline ticket to get to Chicago, questions on where to go for exchanging money, and a map of the Chicago airport. Kathryn Stevens asked me what information I needed and she would help me with everything. She was so pleasant and walked me through everything I needed. She covered everything for me and by the time I walked out I felt so relieved. I thank her for all her help and making me feel so relaxed now”
