“I bought a fairly inexpensive mattress from Dave about 18 months ago and it recently failed. With photos showing the issue and my receipts etc, he took it back with no further questions. He was very gracious and although I could have exchanged for the same mattress or received a total refund, he recommended another, better mattress that was on sale- Presidents Day yay!
