Chevy Suburban transmission failed during a cross-country camping trip. Towed to Morrie’s Wednesday afternoon and service dept. had us back on the road at 8:00 Friday morning with a rebuilt transmission. Morrie’s delivered excellent customer service in an ‘emergency’ situation.

We were on a road trip and had a dead battery. This was on a Saturday, of course, so we didn’t think we could find help. Fortunately we found Morrie’s Onalaska Chevrolet. Not only was service open on Saturday, but Brandon helped us through a tough situation. He has great customer service skills, which has become increasingly rare but very important.

They diagnosed and fixed the cause of the check engine light. While they were working on it they went over it thoroughly because we're traveling cross country. They found that a tie rod was bad and fixed that. They got everything except an oil change covered through my extended warranty. We've driven 350 miles into Iowa and have had no further problems.

It was very frustating! I had a nail in my one tire that needed to be plugged. I made a 7:45 a.m. appt. At 9 a.m. they hadn't even started. There excuse was they had alot of jobs before mine. (Before 7:45?, really?) I had purchased my tires there last Fall and also purchased the road hazard package so that they would continue to service me. Now I'm regretting that choice.

Recently bought a used car from here, second I’ve bought from them. Test drove it before I bought it and mentioned it had what sounded like wheel bearing noise. Salesman said he would have someone look at it and came back and was told everything checked out. Well fast forward a week, called and got it in to have the same noise looked at. Was told it is tire noise and wheel bearings are fine. The noise continues to get louder and sounds 100% like bearing noise. Want to have it looked at again but refuse to just be told it sounds “fine” and be sent on my way.
