“Stopped one day and asked Abt scanning photos. Talked with a man, he said sure. Stopped the next day with photos and there was a lady working the front. Very impatient, rude and not helpful. She did it but was very reluctant. Absolutely no professionalism by her. I seemed to have interrupted her day and her work. Hire someone for the front desk who actually likes ppl and is willing to smile and be in the least bit interested in what the customer needs. I've gone there before fur things and she's always acted that way. I'm taking my business elsewhere to a place that actually appreciates my business.”

“I visited this location twice while I was in the area for work a few weeks ago. This location is a bit of a hidden gem, though you have to plan around the late hours since they don't open until 1:00 PM.
The upside to the late start? It was completely empty. I walked right up to the counter with zero wait time, which is unheard of for FedEx.
Also, I’m 99% sure I was served by a Chappell Roan doppelgänger. I was so stunned by the resemblance I forgot to ask for an autograph or a photo. If you need to ship a package and want a side of 'Pink Pony Club' energy, this is the spot.”
