So many affordable options and friendly staff. Cute outfits and other items are useful or fun. The only downside can be waiting on line just go on less busy days.

It's like going to a garage sale, you can find items at a good price, but the past few times here, you have to spend 20 to 30+ minutes in checkout line!!!
One cashier working the whole store! And a couple others staff playing on their phone in the back...
It's just not worth saving a dollar or two.

This specific Ross location has atrocious priorities of work and lack the necessary employees to adequately run the store. The staff often look overworked and miserable. The sheer length of the customers at the checkout lines is comical to say the least.

The store is a complete disaster stuff laying all over the place . Can't get through the aisles cause there is stuff laying all over on the floor. There was one cashier the line was almost back by the fitting rooms . Kids running all over the place with know one watching them . Sad this use to be such a nice store to shop at now its a complete mad house. I have been shopping here since they first opened and have seen first hand how bad it has become . ROSS YOU REALLY NEED TO STEP IT UP AND TAKE CARE OF YOUR STORE. MAYBE BETTER MANAGEMENT. MAKE PEOPLE WATCH THERE KIDS OR EXSCORT THEM OUT THE DOOR. OUT OF ALL THE STORES I SHOP AT THIS ONE HAS BECOME BY FAR THE WORST .

I ground out today I am Victim of fraudulent activity that happened during the holidays. I returned some items totalling $123.00 the cashier I had in the holidays put 2 marks through the barcode and signed a false name. The manager as well as the employee who was there over 7 years were little to NO help. BUT TUE CASHIER!!! I didn't get her name but she had pretty braids and maybe eyeglasses. She was STELLAR although she couldn't help that I was scammed she DID offer THE best SERVICE and EMPATHY. I will learn her name! Young woman you will go far with such a beautiful personality!

The place is full the line is crazy and for about an hour or more they only have one register open… I ask what seems to be the manager if they please could open another cashier? she was with another employee and they said they couldn’t speak to anyone… that was just funny they weren’t doing anything. Prices are usually good. They are always short staffed. The store is usually a mess with carts and items strung all over the isles and over the racks. The beepers are constantly going off with no one to stop them. They are very disturbing and seizure causing. We were in the store for 20 minutes and heard the beepers non stop. I left and heard the ringing in my ears.
