If I could give them zero stars I would. Why does this store only have one cashier on Tuesdays when it's one of the busiest days for the store? I had over $100 worth of merchandise in my cart and was in the store on my lunch hour. I had about 20 minutes to wait, but realized it would take at least 30 minutes to get through the line with only one cashier. I asked (in the back of the store by the dressing rooms) if they could hold my merchandise and said I would pick it up after work at 5 p.m. They told me they don't hold merchandise. The worst customer service ever.

Manager and store lead with the glasses needs better customer service training. Stop throwing shoes and yelling at customers who don’t want an item by throwing tantrums. People are here to pay and she’s having a bad day stay home or find another job. If you can’t handle retail then this isn’t the job for you. Rude management. Needs more customer service training and better interpersonal relations with paying customers.

I was waiting in line to check out today. One checker, line was very long and two attendants standing at the door visiting for some time. I decided i didn’t need to wait if one of the two didn’t want to step up and check out their waiting clients. I handed what I had in my hands to one of them and said, I couldn’t wait and left the store. Very poor customer service; the excuse certainly can’t be lack of help. Rise above, you’re all on the same team.

First off, this store is FILTHY! Litter, dust bunnies, merchandise, hangers, all over the floor throughout the store. It looks like it hasn't been so much as swept in WEEKS. Of course there was a long line to check out, as usual, but one checker spent her time organizing stuff behind the register while customers waited , instead of helping the other lone checker clear the line, and then grabbed her water bottle & walked out the door!This store is ALWAYS a mess, with merchandise dumped everywhere it does not belong (which is lazy, rude customers' fault ?) but management needs to step up and step in at this store!!

I am a loyal ross customer been to 27 different stores in the us and want to visit all of them but this particular store i wouldn’t recommend anyone shop there the store was filthy and disgusting for the weekend tht I stayed there every day that I came the same merchandise was on the floor with big dust bunnies on the clothing I informed management that I saw this for the past couple days and manager Brittany was very rude and hostile I don’t know what they do here In lacrosse but where I’m from the customer is always right and always come first you would think this store was a second hand thrift store the waythings were all unorganized and thrown anywhere there were broken hangers on the floor which is not safe it was so disgusting I couldn’t bring myself to buy anything even though I love every other ross that I’ve been too it’s very disappointing!

Ok something needs to be done about management when Ross first opened up it was nothing like this I don’t see how it’s so hard to keep a store clean my son tripped got up with plenty dust on his clothes I will not be back until they have different management and is more clean helping my son up I looked under the racks and couldn’t believe what I saw

Always great prices but the manager, and two other store employees stood hanging hangers while the line was back up outside of the roped off area. On a Friday night, there was one register open. Will not be back to this location. Took more than 25 min to check out. The poor young man on the register was doing his best though!

I love going to Ross and enjoy the friendly staff. Today was not a good experience with one of the females working. I had asked a couple questions, and she was just not happy to answer them. I asked if I could keep my two bags of stuff there until I ran home to get a different card because I didn’t have the one I needed to pay. She told me that. They would only watch my apparel, and everything else will be put back on the shelves I said well the rules have changed here. I also asked Hughes the restroom and she told me I need to wait 15 to 20 minutes till they’re done cleaning them. She was very rude

Brittni the “area supervisor” who was cashiering, looked at me and my mom in line, as well as the 3 people waiting behind us, and walked away to chat with a coworker who was clocking in on a different register. At this point my mom and I had been in line for about 8 minutes, at which point she decides to start chatting with another coworker who is shopping. I’m all about having fun when you’re at work but make sure the customers who are literally right in front of you are taken care of first. When you are the second of only two registers open you should probably help everyone before you decide to chat about what someone is buying, when that person isn’t even checking out yet.

Waited in line for 30mins while watching the manger Sammy accuse to girls of stealing when their item happened to be paid for. She was very disrespectful to them, told them to leave so she could call the police for theft all while holding their receipt, she slammed the swing door to the register and stormed off all while her manager stood in line with me watching this happened and didn’t intervene to help the paying customers. No apology just a refund from Brianna to get them “out of the store” . This store need a whole new team that will treat paying customers with respects. Store was very unorganized, bathrooms were very unsanitary.
