“During my 9th year in my home I suffered extensive hail damage from storms and had to file a claim through Abbey Welsh and State Farm for the hail damage to my roof. I was initially concerned it would be an anxiety-inducing and frustrating process, but I was wrong. Abbey was extremely helpful and responsive, and the insurance adjuster (Mr. Uchenna Ibuaka) was prompt in scheduling an inspection and very thorough and detailed while conducting the inspection on one of the hottest days of the year.My State Farm agent (Abbey) and the adjuster (Mr. Ibuaka) made an unfortunate situation so much easier to deal with as a result of their professionalism and attention. Thank you specifically to them and to State Farm in general for being there for me and my home in my time of need.”
