“UPDATE: it took a bit to finally get through to someone to let them know what happened but once I did the situation was sorted out quickly and efficiently! Im thankful that whoever I ended up talking to was able to look into the situation and get it sorted out.
My packages for my birthday this week got returned to sender and my apartment got marked as “vacant” though everything is set up through my apartment to receive mail and when I went to check my mail today my name and address sticker was still in my EMPTY mailbox as I check my mail frequently since I have informed delivery”
