“UPDATE: it took a bit to finally get through to someone to let them know what happened but once I did the situation was sorted out quickly and efficiently! Im thankful that whoever I ended up talking to was able to look into the situation and get it sorted out. My packages for my birthday this week got returned to sender and my apartment got marked as “vacant” though everything is set up through my apartment to receive mail and when I went to check my mail today my name and address sticker was still in my EMPTY mailbox as I check my mail frequently since I have informed delivery”

“I moved to a new place and after a few weeks I still was not receiving any of my mail at my new home, regardless of whether it was forwarded or addressed directly to my new home. Creating a Service Request online was unhelpful; it was closed one day later without resolving my problem and they never reached out with any questions. Minus 1 star for that frustrating experience. However, I went in person and the carrier was very helpful. They went into the mail room to investigate and found that the previous owner had placed a mail hold, and hand delivered all my wrongfully held mail. I was in and out in under 10 minutes.”
