Ben Lo was our sales associate, and he listened to us and pretty much immediately knew exactly what we would like. He was polite, knowledgeable, and professional. Totally matched our vibe. And we needed the rings to be compatible with our jobs and he was knowledgeable on that too. We kept saying all day after we purchased our rings how happy we were that he was the guy we ended up speaking to. Really an easy and seemless process, we now have beautiful rings, and can't recommend them enough!
