“My fiance and I went to the West Town Mall to look for wedding bands as we are getting married in September. We first went to a different jewelry store and didn't truly see anything we wanted to try on. So we decided to come to Roger's & Hollands. Raban (he informed us he usually works at the East side Rogers & Holland) helped us right away. He asked what we were looking for and was able to find it. He was very polite and definitely took his time. Allowed us to try on all the things. He was such a pleasure to work with & will definitely be going to the East side Roger's & Holland to work with Raban again! Everyone at the West Town Mall Roger's & Holland was extremely nice but Raban stuck out the most to us. 10/10 would recommend working with the staff here! We can't wait to show off our new wedding bands!”

“Came in a few months ago to look at wedding bands and they were incredibly helpful and hospitable, even had beverages available while you browse and cleaned my engagement ring. I did not end up finding my ring here, but today I stopped in to get a loose prong fixed on my engagement ring and they were super helpful, luckily it was an easy fix so it was really quick, and they explained what they were doing to fix it to ensure I fully understood the process. They once again offered beverages for my wait time and cleaned both my engagement ring that they were working on as well as my separate wedding band. Would certainly come here again for any maintenance on my rings and other additions of jewelry in the future!”

“Could not be happier with the work they did on my engagement/wedding rings! For my birthday, my husband decided he wanted to get me a new setting for my engagement ring, and we also ended up picking out wedding rings (we got married at a courthouse during college and just wore silicone ones at the time with intentions of picking out nicer ones when we could afford them). First picture is my engagement ring in the original setting, second is the same stone put into a new setting along with the new wedding ring. Everything we asked for when taking our business here was met above and beyond, I highly recommend going here for any special projects with your jewelry.”
