“Osceola Auto Body is highly recommended. The customer service is over the top amazing. From the receptionist gals to the gentleman who worked with me from day one (I believe his name is Ryan), to the guys who fixed my vehicle AND detailed it. I had to go out of the country for 10 days, so Osceola Auto worked on my vehicle while i was gone. They continuously kept be updated, worked with my insurance company and helped me get started with where i needed to go for a rental, had i needed it upon my return. I did not need one because they had my vehicle done ahead of schedule and they even had it detailed and washed up for me. The work was done, looked great, brand new! And my vehicle looked and smelled like it was new off the car lot.

I highly recommend this company. They really do make you feel welcome, treat you great, and make sure everything is taken care of. I will always come here for any future dealings that i may have.

“Tom was great, even I though called him several times and changed the location of the pickup of the vehicle. He was careful unloading the truck so as not to cause further damage. Will use him again when needed.”

“Good quality parts. I choose car quest brake parts over o'reilly's. I've had a lot of issues with oreilly brake parts. Especially the boot kits and the guide pins. The boots ripe really easily, and the rubber you can tell is very thin. The car quest boot kits are a lot more durable and the guide pins had a little more density to it as well. Just one thing I've noticed after switching to carquest parts.”
