“Literal angels working here!! I made a mistake and dropped off a package to return but was supposed to ship through UPS. It was weeks later when I realized I made this mistake and in a panic called the Lindstrom USPS to explain what I had done. I totally expected it to be a loss (and completely my fault) but was blown away when the kindest woman on the phone told me she had taken it to UPS to get it delivered correctly. Thank you to the employees at Lindstrom USPS who go above and beyond!”

“We have lived here in Center City for 34 years and have been through at least 2 postmasters. I have packages from all over Europe, sometimes there is a hiccup, but they are always eager to help me find out where they are. Always friendly and our new mailman used to be a mailwoman, they have always been Wonderful. My vintage bikes have many parts sent to me through our local post. Hooray for our new delivery guy is now a full time Union person.”

A small town specialty is ,?at times there is candy on the counter . pretty nice .
you could put some flowers in the outside flower box. by the window . that would make the building look nice . why not do that since the flower box is there anyhow .”

“I feel like with all the poor reviews I needed to share this. I live in eastern MN and a package was misrouted to Osceola, then back to St Paul and then of course back to Osceola because that is what the bar code said. I called the post office and the girl that answered was fantastic. I explained my situation and she dug through all the packages, sounds like about 75 a day that they get in error to find mine. Unfortunately, the only option to ensure I got it, was to go pick it up, which was only a slight inconvenience as I enjoyed a nice drive through western Wisconsin. When I got there she was very pleasant. Overall I appreciate all the assistance I was provided by a polite and helpful young lady.”
