“Took my car here after hitting a deer that caused some pretty bad damage. My insurance gave me the option of them or Bergstroms, so obviously I chose Caliber. They said it could be up to 30 days but finished it a little early. My car looks better now than when I first bought it (from Bergstroms). If I have another collision I'm definitely going back here. I appreciated the automatic updates twice a week and nice customer service from everyone.”

I then called this location and worked with James. Instead of just telling me it’s gonna be a week to get something in, James listened and thought through a solution for me. He offered to stay open later for me to come in and look at my options and then found what was available in stock to get my cover for me. He went above and beyond!”

I needed an alignment on my lifted truck on wides and despite my truck having some mechanical issues preventing a perfect alignment they got it as close to perfect as they could and also informed me of some other issues on my truck to address. Would definitely return for future maintenance on my truck!”

“This post is LONG overdue. In June, my family and I visited Wisconsin from Columbus, OH. We had the best time on our vacation. On our last night, while driving back, we hit a deer. Long story short, we had to get our car towed and it was sent to Bergstrom. This originally was a high stress situation because we were in a different state and figuring out what to do with our car was challenging. This team was nothing short of PERFECT and made the process so easy. Trevor was an absolute dream to work with. He always communicated with us, whether it was through email or a phone call. He truly cared about the job he and his team were doing and made this stressful situation into a better one. We are so very thankful for Trevor and his team and cannot recommend them enough. They are one of the few places that seem to care more about the human interaction than how to make money.”

“On a Saturday morning as I began my road trip back home on the other side of the state, my truck all of a sudden started to lose oil pressure. I stopped along the interstate and checked my oil, which was good. I restarted my truck,oil pressure rose back up, so I continued. As I approached Oshkosh it dropped off again. I pulled off again. A friend of mine suggested Dante auto and called them for me. I arrived and explained what was happening. They were able to diagnose that it was most likely a plugged oil sending unit and filter. They were able to repair it in a short time and send me on my way. All I can say is thank you very much for helping me get back on the road home.”

“2007 Nissan Marano headlight burnt out on the driver side. Fleet Farm wanted make an appointment. Walmart is open till 7pm, with all of its service bays empty, but they wanted an appointment! Asked Google for auto parts stores that install headlights. OReilley said Muranos are too hard. Auto Zone to the rescue! Tech got the bulb, had me open the hood and less than 10 minutes the new bulb was in and I'm on my way for no additional charge for installation and only $20 for the bulb. very pleased and appreciate their service.”
“Highly recommend. These guys went above and beyond when I pulled in with my diesel engine Porsche with the “minimum oil level reached”. It was a Friday night around 6:00 pm and I’m from out of town. They called the Porsche dealership for me in Milwaukee where the car was bought to find the correct oil. They were all so helpful and just fun to talk to. Added half a quart and was on my way. Thank you all sooo much.”

“I showed up with a lug nut missing from a stud on my trailer these fellas spent 2 hours trying to help me figure out how to get another lug nut on there because we could not get anything to fit because the people that changed my tires stripped the stud they were amazing and super helpful I recommend if you have any issues this is the store for you because I mattered”

“I wasted 15 minutes wandering around Fleet Farm without seeing any employees in the automotive department. When I finally found the spark plugs, the ones I needed were out of stock. When I decided to try Napa, even though there were 3 people in line and only 1 employee, I was still in and out in about 10 minutes with the correct spark plugs at a better price, plus picked up some shop gloves and a spark plug socket while I was waiting. Wish I would have caught the name of the employee, but I will skip Fleet Farm and head straight to Napa next time.”
“I bought a tire from tire plus yesterday. It went flat within several hours. I called to get it fixed as I drive my car a lot and had plans with my son. I brought it to tires plus and though the agent tried to fit me in couldn’t. I brought it here and they not only figured out the issue, they resolved it, they were friendly, and genuine. I’ll be buying my tires from here going forward. Thanks JASON, JON, and Danielle.

“Having to seek out this type of service is never at the most opportune time and isn't something anyone particularly enjoys. Car repairs, in general, it's hard knowing the real from the fakes. An unfortunate market that's riddle with bad actors and scammers. Not these guys. Honest communication with realistic outcomes every step of the way. Thank you for being the good guys.”

“Found them via car-part.com. Worked with Chris via email. He wasn't the most responsive, very short. Wanted a core-fee to sell rims. Took a few days to hear back after requesting photos, and ended up ordering 1 rim. Took several emails to get the tracking info. Rim arrived in advertised condition. Not a business I am jumping to work with again, but can't complain too much since the item was sent to me as advertised.”
