“Have had nothing but great experiences. I ordered a fuel injector via overnight mail as I needed it to go 4 wheeling the last day my OHV trails were open. It should have come with a copper gasket/washer. Due to a computer glitch it didn't. Missed my trip.
Called them to ask if they normally ship with replacement washers. Guy says yes. It was a computer error. Sorry you couldn't go on your trip and refunded my overnight shipping.

“I chose Caliber Collision because it was the first repair facility recommended by my insurance that did not start with a B. After a disappointing experience with another local auto body shop, I arrived with fairly low expectations.

“I’m always hesitant to try big name shops but they were amazing! I needed an alignment on my lifted truck on wides and despite my truck having some mechanical issues preventing a perfect alignment they got it as close to perfect as they could and also informed me of some other issues on my truck to address. Would definitely return for future maintenance on my truck!”

“A couple years ago I was searching for a good mechanic to service my Jeep. Because I use my Jeep for business, that's very important. Well...I found 2; brothers Mark and Mike Dante at Dante Auto at the corner of 9th and Ohio. The brothers are easy to work with, excellent mechanics and honest! Knowing that my Jeep is my office, in case of emergency, they have my back. Also if you're looking for a solid used vehicle, they have a wide range of reasonably priced cars and trucks on thier lot. Go see Mike or Mark and tell them Tom sent you.”

“I wasted 15 minutes wandering around Fleet Farm without seeing any employees in the automotive department. When I finally found the spark plugs, the ones I needed were out of stock. When I decided to try Napa, even though there were 3 people in line and only 1 employee, I was still in and out in about 10 minutes with the correct spark plugs at a better price, plus picked up some shop gloves and a spark plug socket while I was waiting. Wish I would have caught the name of the employee, but I will skip Fleet Farm and head straight to Napa next time.”

Yes, the two run parallel. Gerber ties for first! “Found them via car-part.com. Worked with Chris via email. He wasn't the most responsive, very short. Wanted a core-fee to sell rims. Took a few days to hear back after requesting photos, and ended up ordering 1 rim. Took several emails to get the tracking info. Rim arrived in advertised condition. Not a business I am jumping to work with again, but can't complain too much since the item was sent to me as advertised.”
